We place great importance on the quality and care of our sunglasses and take steps to ensure that you will receive these items in a timely manner. As a result, we able to offer free shipping to every country around the world.

An email will be provided to you once the shipment has been confirmed in order to track your items.

Returns

Your item(s) are eligible to be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Items can be returned if the product matches the product on our website. They must be returned in the original condition, unused and undamaged. We reserve the right to decline any returns if it does not match our return policy.

The sender is always responsible for the shipment and subsequent costs.

Under the following circumstances we are unable to process a refund:

  • If you were responsible for the damages to the item(s)
  • You provided incorrect order details (i.e. the wrong shipping address)
  • Item(s) purchased during sale periods or through the use of discount codes
  • Other factors that are outside of our control (i.e. customs, acts of god, etc.)

Return Process:

  • Send us an email to info@fadedglasses.com
  • We will review the request and provide further instructions
  • Once approved, a return address will be provided
  • Print your order confirmation and place it in the package
  • Visit your local carrier to ship the items back to us

* We will refund your money within 3-7 business days, depending on your financial institution. Please note it may take a few days after the refund is issued to show on your bank statement.

Cancelling/Amending Orders

Orders can only be cancelled or amended within two hours of placing your order. We are unable to extend this period due to the automatic processing with our suppliers. Please send an email to info@fadedglasses.com within the two hour timeframe.

Taxes/Duties

You may incur import duties or taxes in rare circumstances. We do not have control over this and are unable estimate any additional fees. These fees are determined by local customs. We try our best to avoid any additional costs for our customers by paying taxes in advance.
